This is the second in a series of programs designed to help small businesses and nonprofits decide which of today’s new technologies can be useful to them. The program will focus on “E-mail Solutions For Small Business” and will answer the following questions regarding inbound and outbound e-mail issues:

* What is spam, and how do I make sure that we aren’t
    spamming our clients?

* What are the laws governing spam, and what are my
alternatives in sending out e-mail broadcasts?

* What internal security should I have in place to
protect myself from harmful  inbound e-mail?

* How do spam filters work, and are they restricting my
ability to communicate effectively  with my clients?

Our panelists will provide you with easy solutions that will allow you to get the most from your investment in your  computer hardware and software applications.
